Crisp mashed avocado red onion
The first posting on this blog recipe is a childhood memory (distant, very distant, 🙂 ), que j’ai très légèrement réinterprété.

Preparation : 10 mn

What you need
– 2 ripe but firm lawyers
– 1 tablespoon lemon juice
– ¼ of a red onion
– 1 tablespoon of peanut oil
– Une poignée d’arachides grillées (optional)
– Salt
– Pepper
Preparation of the recipe
– Open lawyers in half lengthwise to remove the nucleus
