Like mini-burgers with cheese chikwangue, Chicken paprika
The kwangue, also called cassava stick is of course derived from cassava. This is a traditional dish in the Congo Basin, consumed including the Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Central African Republic and in other forms and other names in Cameroon.

Like mini-burgers with cheese chikwangue, Chicken paprika
For 2 to 4 people
Preparation time : 15 minutes
Cooking time : 5 minutes
What you need
– You kwangue
– 250 g chicken breast
– 150 g cheese garlic and herbs
– you paprika
– White pepper from Penja pepper or other
– Half a teaspoon of granulated garlic
– 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
– Salt
– A dozen bamboo skewers
Preparation of the recipe
– Cut the chicken into cubes
– Add salt to meat, pepper and garlic work well in hand to evenly flavor pieces
– Blow 4 minutes chicken cubes in a hot frying pan with a sunflower oil spoon
– Sprinkle with paprika, mix well for 1 minute and remove from heat
– Cut the cylinder chikwangue disks a centimeter thick and book.
Mounting
cold version
– Spread generously with herb cheese, chikwangue the disk on which to base the mini-burger
– Ask a seasoned chicken cube, then the top of the burger chikwangue
– Plant a picnic in the middle of the burger

hot Version # 2
– Replace with herb cheese cubes of Saint-Nectaire chikwangue on the disk on which to base the mini-burger
– Ask a seasoned chicken cube, then the top of the burger chikwangue and put in a preheated oven, for 2 minutes 200 °
– Dresser and sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.
Tips / advice / variants
* You can replace sunflower oil by another neutral oil such as rapeseed, peanut ...
* Those who want to eat more spicy can use cayenne pepper instead of paprika
* Other meats, and fish with firm flesh can substitute poultry.
