fresh papayas, almost like there
fresh papayas, almost like there

Almost like there
my papaya
In a corner of the court
There is a papaya
It is I who sowed
The round black seed
He was small like me
But that's higher than a man
This papaya that I sowed
It is mine and my joy.

Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : Cru
What you need
– 2 papayas about 630 g each
– 2 limes
Preparation of the recipe
Declined two versions in the following manner
Version 1

– Wash the fruit and wipe with a clean cloth
– Cut in two equal parts the first in the papaya lengthwise
– Remove with a teaspoon, seeds and slightly gelatinous filaments surrounding (mucilage) and also lining the heart of the fruit
– Divide one of two lemons
– Dresser and pour into each part of the cleaned fruit, the first half of lemon
– serve, preferably fresh
To enjoy the teaspoon ...

Version 2

– Wash fruits and wipe with a clean cloth
– Grate the lemon to remove the zest and reserve
– Cut the papaya in the second lengthwise
– Remove with a teaspoon, seeds and slightly gelatinous filaments surrounding (mucilage) and also lining the heart of the fruit
– Peel the two districts (as you would an apple or a melon without much starting his flesh)
– To divide (on a cutting board) both parties in districts in the lengthwise, in 4 or 5, is for both parties, a total of 8 to 10 neighborhoods
– then cut the quarters in the width direction to have more or less identical pieces
