Breadsticks dressed for a festive aperitif
Grissini breadsticks are small or elongated, dry bread originating’ Italy, usually no wider that & rsquo; pen. eh yes, small in size and scale, but big in taste :-).
This is a recipe that comes to infinity, which perfume at will, who marries many flavors and textures (oils, Herbs, seeds, cheeses, hams).
Breadsticks can be enjoyed with a spread, Here an avocado mashed potatoes crunchy red onion or tomato all sauces or simply be enjoyed Nature.
Breadsticks dressed for a festive aperitif
For 4 to 8 people
Preparation time :30 minutes
Cooking time : 30 minutes
What you need
– 1 yogurt
– 200 g wheat flour
– 2 eggs
– 2 large tablespoons d & rsquo; d & rsquo oil; olive
– Salt
– A packet of baking powder
– Thyme
– Poppy seeds and sesame
– A socket
– A special silicone mold breadsticks
Preparation of the recipe
– Turn oven to 160/180 °, convection
– In a salad bowl, Mix yogurt and eggs
– Add flour, salt, yeast and & rsquo; & rsquo oil; olive
– Mix until a smooth paste
– Fill the socket and fill the mold.
– Sprinkle the dough with thyme, poppy or sesame seeds and bake 8 to 15 minutes depending on the power of the oven (often to monitor)
– Repeat & rsquo; & rsquo up operation; exhausted mixture
Tips / advice / variants
* The forms breadsticks may change according to your desires
* Feel free to braiding, the entortiller, or make versions “mini” to present with small glasses.
* I used a silicone mold and a socket for my breadsticks.
