I am pleased to share with you this day, the audience award "LIVE DEMO" I got when WE EAT AFRICA festival. Indeed, the first meeting of African cuisines, which was to meet 16 Leaders from the continent (10 and women 6 men) with their audience, held near Paris on 07 July from 9am to 19pm. The event was a success, sold out.

I thank you all and all for allowing me to win this wonderful award given by Canal +.

I dedicate this trophy to the one beyond my culinary dreams, beyond my various experiments, au-delà de l’École hôtelière, m’a tout appris, celle qui est allée régaler les cieux, celle qui est la mascotte éternelle d’Envolées Gourmandes, ma Maman Ngoum Épossi colette, dite Mamie Coco.
