Velvety fruit stalls
(Vitamin cocktail Banane-pêche-kiwi-clémentine sans sucre ajouté)
For 2 people
Preparation time : 10 minutes
Cooking time : cru
What you need
– A banana
– A peach
– Un kiwi
– Une clémentine bio
Preparation of the recipe
– Grate the zest of Clementine and book
– Cut in Clementine 2 and recover its juice
– Peel the fruit and cut into pieces
– Place all the fruit in a blender, add the juice of clementine
– Mix well and reduce liquid puree and serve in 2 glasses
– Decorate with peel of clementine

* To be adopted by all the family at breakfast, au goûter ou pour se désaltérer avec gourmandise au cours de la journée.
* Vous pouvez vous servir d’autres fruits dont vous disposez pour réaliser de savoureux veloutés

Super recette !!! je recommande 🙂
Facilement réalisable, cependant je n’ai pas mis de pêche (pas de saison). Plat réalisé pour 8 personnes en multipliant les ingrédients. Un vrai succès, ce dessert est très frais et très appréciable après un bon repas. Dessert à rajouter à mon carnet de recette. Thank you Nathalie for sharing these little moments of pleasure with us.

I remember some time ago tasting a version of this fruit velouté from the stalls without peach..
I think we are talking about the same thing?! A real bowl of freshness !
At home, Fred, rather have it for breakfast.
Depending on the fruits we have available or in season, the velouté can change in appearance or taste.
There are many combinations. You just have to be inventive !!!
