Nous avons passé de magnifiques journées avec les habitants de la Ville de Gonesse à qui toute l’équipe d’Envolées Gourmandes dit encore un immense merci …

Mon rôle est d’accompagner, inciter, encourager, aider, les participants à écrire autour de la cuisine, du moment partagé. Dire son émotion avant, pendant et après la dégustation des plats que nous avons nous-mêmes concoctés. Je collecte ensuite les textes, les met en forme, corrige des tournures de phrases, des fautes de grammaire ou de vocabulaire s’il ya lieu, sans jamais dénaturer le ressenti du participant.

Une pensée particulière pour Tenessy (la toute jeune), Naïma,(qui n’a pas fait de texte mais qui a activement participé à toutes les activités), Jenifer, Dominique, Élisabeth, Minh-Ly, Kélyange, Ines, Mehdi, Hemia, Monique et Christine.

Ma reconnaissance indéfectible à l’endroit de Mélanie K, Edwige DK, et Mamie Coco.

Au début je ne croyais pas qu’on pouvait écrire quelque chose d’intéressant sur le simple fait de déguster un plat.

Pourtant, petit à petit le processus de cuisine se met en place, the recipe is simple, les aliments abondent et au terme de la dégustation, la magie opère.

Nos papilles sont surprises de rencontrer un goût venu d’ailleurs.

Je précise que j’ai 32ans et je suis Française.

L’aliment vedette aujourd’hui est la banane plantain.

Nous avons réalisé des rouleaux fromage banane plantain cuits.

Ce fut un régal pour mes sens, le choc des cultures.

Un grand merci à la Ville de Gonesse to support and to meet different cultures to a fireworks of flavors on your plate.

What time sharing ! Those culinary creation ! What culinary journey !

I really had fun with Nathalie who gave us an exciting culinary journey through its culinary creations around plantain.

A vegetable / starch that I knew only by sight.

This cooking workshop, offered by the Festival Committee Ville de Gonesse, was a great surprise Fair of Gastronomy and time sharing and exchange with apprentices chefs from all walks, Salvador, Vietnam, Cameroon, France etc…

Thank you to the City of la Ville de Gonesse for this beautiful experience in which we learned new culinary creations, through the workshop by Wings Gourmet, who introduced me to a mixture of flavors perfectly mastered and new ideas for my kitchen.

It was a real culinary journey and one sharing cultural between Chief Nathalie Brigaud Ngoum and participants.

My name Kélyange, I have 14 years, I live in the Ville de Gonesse. This is the first time I taste different recipes with plantains. I enjoyed this time sharing with these ladies in the City of Gonesse. This culinary creation m & rsquo; did make gustatory journeys. Then I liked the donuts with banana, they were very good ! Bravo Tata Colette ! I could taste the flavors of Gourmet Wings, very good revenue realized !

I congratulate the entire team ! Keep going. Thanks to you, I had a good time !

It was a good moment of conviviality.

I was already present yesterday. And I was motivated and ready to return to the workshop today, because I like plantain.

First I thought it would be very technical and shipped quickly, leaving my husband waiting for me in the car.

In fact we spent a long time (about 3 hours), as if we were a brigade, a kitchen team without getting impatient or bored.

Not to mention the success, delicious banana rolls to taste or to share with family.

I guarantee moult gustatory journeys during these moments and even after ... because these culinary creations turn into an unforgettable memory in the mouth and head.

We had the chance to experience the banana in its different dresses in city ​​Gonesse.

A wonderful time spent in cooking workshop at the gastronomy fair for Ville de Gonesse.

This allowed me to rediscover a starch-vegetable-fruit that is part of my culture as I am Martinique.

I think all our little group sharing this sense ofWings Gourmet and we could make a beautiful culinary journey.

In any case, I rediscovered what we can do with the green or ripe plantain.

I have full of ideas culinary creations around banana.

Beautiful greedy flights in the Ville de Gonesse These golden and crispy plantain chips.

add- there of gustatory journeys thanks to feed these little bricks with fried plantain, cheese with garlic and herbs just back in the pan, with very little if fatty- you- Please (Thank you for my line !!!), and the appetizer is perfect.

Looking forward to the upcoming dessert ...

Culinary workshop by the company " Wings Gourmet " at Gonesse during the Gastronomy Show.

A team of culinary consultant with friendly people and a great leader.

Plantain-based entry, garlic and herbs cheese in a brig.

A culinary creation Chef with whom we shared a culinary journey in his wonderful world and gives us ideas to enhance our future meals.

We ended on a high with this dessert improvised but super good. (velvety mango and apple with lemon almond tuiles)

This workshop allowed me to discover plantain in new forms.

I never thought ally filo sheets with plantain, but this marriage is more than successful, both in terms of creativity and in terms of taste.

Ces culinary creations are clearly the result of hard work, directed by our chef Nathalie.

This tasting allowed us to meet, ensemble, the center of a gastronomic fair held by the Ville de Gonesse and share our ideas together-despite the starchy vegetable that we did not know.

This show was for me a real culinary journey based on the sharing.

This global cultural wealth fascinates me. Indeed, I have multiple origins and the fact we transmit our various cuisines pleases me enormously.

    Ma chère Nathalie,
    Comme le temps passe bien vite!
    Je revis en photos cet atelier autour de la banane plantain, mon tout premier atelier culinaire.
    Tout était merveilleux, du début à la fin.
    Avant celui-ci, en entendant parler d’ateliers culinaires, j’imaginais tout autre chose et pourtant!
    Que de rires et de bons moments de franche camaraderie.
    J’aurais formé l’équipe que je n’aurais pas mieux fait.
    Tout était bien assorti et j’en garde vraiment un souvenir mémorable.
    What did I say? Des souvenirs mémorables, tellement il y en a.
    So, du fond du cœur, ma grande Nath, merci pour ça, thank you for everything.
