- 3 large yellow onions
- 3 carrots
- 1 very large leek or 2 means ( entire)
- 2 celery stalks ( Consume them whole).
Yes, pas d'ail. Trust me.  - Cut all the vegetables into pieces. Mix them with 1 peu d'eau..
- Cook over high heat for 10 minutes.
- Simmer again for 10 to 15 mn , with about 150 g  à 200g d'huile neutre (sunflower, colza, peanut, grape seeds...)
- Add fleur de sel to your liking.
- Put hot in previously sterilized glass jars.
- Allow to cool before refrigerating. ( fridge)
