My lamb ribs with thyme and their spaghetti
Preparation : 5 minutes
Baking : 10 minutes
What you need
โ 2 Lamb chops
- Fresh thyme from the garden (4 stems)
- ยฝ teaspoon of salt
- Pepper
- Neutral oil (colza, sunflower, peanutโฆ)
- Pepper at your convenience
- Cooked pasta
Preparation of the recipe
- Salt the meat, rub it with half the thyme
- Brush it with oil
- Place the rest of the thyme on top
- Heat a frying pan and cook the meat on both sides.
- Serve still hot without waiting with spaghetti and a vegetable and of course, poivrer ๐
