Hello everyone,

grilled baked tomatoes flavored with olive oil and basil
For 2 to 4 people
Preparation : 10 minutes
Baking : 15 minutes
What you need
– 2 red tomatoes
– 1 Yellow tomato
– 1 Crimean Black
– 1 large lemon
– Some cherry tomatoes
– A large yellow onion
– Salt
– Pepper
– Fresh basil
– Olive oil and basil
– Baking paper


Preparation of the recipe
– Preheat the oven to 200 ° (convection)
– Cut large tomatoes 4 in length
– Lemon and onions 4 then each 4 neighborhoods 2
– Place on plate, tomatoes, onion and lemon in alternate colors
– Salt, pepper as desired and add a fragrant olive oil drizzle with basil
– Bake 12 minutes at 200 ° (convection) then 3 minutes (grill function)
– To watch carefully after the 12 first minute, tomatoes to be at the end of the cooking lightly toasted, not burnt. 🙂 !!!
