Pendant 4 month, our garden was a feast of colors and shapes. I will soon be online some of our crops

L & rsquo; one of the stars of this profusion of vegetables and flavors was the Black Crimean

C & rsquo; is a tomato variety with dark color both in & rsquo; & rsquo outside that; to & rsquo; inside. Elegant, fleshy and very productive, its taste is mild and sweet, free acidity. C & rsquo; is the star of summer salads. I share with you the & rsquo; one of the most popular salads children and guests. A feast of freshness and perfume !

I have a special thought for Sandrine, a friend and neighbor who love, but then many tomatoes and consume them every day and in all forms. Beautiful tomatoes in clusters cups replace home, flower pots.

Fresh salad Crimean Black garden in & rsquo; garlic and basil




For 2 to 4 people

Preparation : 10 minutes

Baking : cru


What you need

– 2 Black large tomato Crimea (j & rsquo; have used one of my vegetable garden)

– 1 tablespoon oil & rsquo; olive flavored with basil

– 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

- Salt

– Pepper

– 2 d & rsquo cloves garlic

- From basil


Preparation of the recipe

- Wash the tomatoes and cut into slices

- The draw on the platter

- Saler

- Sprinkle garlic previously peeled and chopped

- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and olive oil

- Decorate beautiful fresh basil leaves (for my part, the vegetable garden)
