– 4 chicken cutlets

– 3 ripe plantains (Gluten free.)

– 200 g fourme Ambert

– 5 beautiful leaves of the garden onion, of chives or a bunch of chives

– 4 c. Coffee shaves of semolina or garlic 4 small cloves garlic

– 1 c. Coffee ZESOK of spices for chicken

– Olive oil

-Sweet honey

– Salt

-White pepper Penja (from the mill)

 

 

 

Preparation of the recipe

– Wash thoroughly (soap and rinse!) the 3 plantain with their skin and their cut ends

-Divide each plantain 2, to get 6 parts

– Place them in a saucepan with 1 /2 glass of hot water and cook for 8 min on high heat

Tips / advice / variants

* Vous pouvez remplacer la ficelle de cuisine par plusieurs piques de bois pour bien tenir la farce. (cure-dents par exemple) .

* Les bananiers cultivés se divisent entre les bananes desserts (sucrées) et les bananes à cuire, dont font partie les bananes plantain. La banane plantain est un aliment de base en Afrique, aux Antilles et en Amérique du Sud. La banane plantain ne doit pas être consommée crue. Indeed, elle est plus riche en amidon que la banane à dessert et se consomme principalement cuite pour accompagner un plat. Sa peau verte est plus épaisse que celle de la banane fruit, et sa chair moins sucrée. Elle jaunit, puis noircit de plus en plus lorsqu’elle est bien mûre et devient donc très sucrée.
